Privacy policy

IT Club S.à r.l. (“IT Club”, “we”) is the controller of the personal data processed through itclub.lu, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message. We use them only to answer your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Job applications sent by email: your CV and the information you send us. We use them to assess your application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Spam protection: the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses technical data about your visit (IP address, browser, interactions) to detect bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Audience measurement: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to produce visit statistics. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie banner.
  • Server logs: our host records technical data (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the site secure and running.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to follow up any resulting business relationship. Applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process. With your consent, we may keep your CV longer to contact you about future assignments.

Recipients

Your data is used by IT Club only and is never sold. Our service providers process it on our behalf: OVH (hosting and email), Google (reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Analytics) and CookieYes (consent management). Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are only set after your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings button displayed by the cookie banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@itclub.lu.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), cnpd.public.lu.
